Welcome to WG Wholesale-Gift.co.uk - the no1 supplier of retro, kitsch and funky products from pop culture. Use the navigation links to the left to view the pages throughout our site and order the goods that you require.

Credit / debit card orders MUST have the security number and the the card must match the cardholders home address. Orders that dont adhere to this or are from countries with high instances of credit card fraud will be refunded. You can include a different shipping address to your business addrees but the Worldpay and invoice address must match the cardholder information.

Orders can be placed online with most currently been despatched within 2-3 days.

FAQs

Do I need to create an account to order products from www.wholesale-gift.co.uk?

No, simply add the items to the shopping cart, and pay at the checkout. The order is then received in the office to be checked over and then it is sent to dispatch. Orders are retrieved each morning from the website so if an order is placed after 9am it will be received the following day.

Is it possible to place an order offline?

There are multiple methods enabling customers to order Offline.

- Print off your shopping cart and post / fax your order to the address / number below.

- Call our office on 01262 675702 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm GMT) Please have quantities required and product reference numbers ready

- Download an order form (Excel) for you to fill in offline. Right click here and click 'save target as' offline catalogue

- E-mail / Post / Fax your order to the below contact details - please include product references and quantities.

Payment can also be taken a number of ways for offline pro-forma orders.

- Request our Bank details so you may wire the money to us - Please be aware that if wiring money from abroad there may be a charge, WG Wholesale-gift is not liable to pay this charge and must be paid by the customer. Your order will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

- Provide us with your bank details enabling us to withdraw the money from your account via HSBC secure online payments- please be aware that if you are making a payment from over seas your bank may charge you a small amount. WG Wholesale-gift is not liable to pay this charge (it is significantly lower that wiring money to us).

- Paypal can be used to send us your payment, simply request a paypal invoice to be sent to your e-mail address.

- Worldpay can be used to send us your payment.

- HSBC can be used to send us your payment.

- We can accept all credit and debit cards with the exception of American express.

- Post a cheque to the below address, Please make cheques payable to "Pop Art Products LTD" and mark the envelope for the attention of WG Wholesale Gift. Please also include in the envelope your name, company name and order number.

Before placing an order please ensure:

Do you have an Offline Catalogue / Price list that can be sent out?

We do not produce an offline paper catalogue for a few reasons:

1. Our product range changes frequently as older lines are discontinued and new lines are added. Therefore it would be unviable to produce such a document.

2. The cost of producing a paper catalogue and sending updates to customers throughout the year will cost substantially - this cost would be passed to out customers through the pricing of the products, we at wholesale-gift want to provide quality merchandise at fair prices, a paper catalogue would hinder this.

3. The environmental impact of such a document is unacceptable, wholesale-gift aim to keep this to a minimum through all processes within the company.

What is your cancellation and returns policy?

Here at Wholesale-gift.co.uk we are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations and offer all customers protection accordingly.

If you wish to cancel any order please email us using the contact form above or ring 01262 675702 making sure to state your order reference number.

If you have received your goods and decide for any reason to return your product you can receive a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of its return unless advised otherwise by prior arrangement, for example in the event of damaged goods.

Please make sure any items that are being returned include your name, address, contact details, order number, date ordered and reason for the return. Please mark wholesale returns FAO WG Wholesale Gift.

I am not eligible to pay UK VAT, how is this refunded?

If your company is VAT registered and inside the EU (non UK) please enter your valid VAT number in the text box when going through the checkout process. When your order is received your VAT number will be validated and your VAT refunded. Alternatively you can e-mail/fax/call us in the office with your valid VAT number at the contact information provided to have your VAT refunded, please include your name and order number/delivery address in any correspondence.

If your company is based outside the EU you are not eligible to pay VAT therefore please enter "outside EU" in the VAT text box when going through the checkout process. When your order is received your VAT will be refunded.

Alternatively you can place the order offline, have an invoice (which excludes the VAT) sent via e-mail, fax or post. Payment can them be taken by the methods mentioned above in "is it possible to place an order offline?"

Do you have a minimum order quantity or value?

There is a minimum order value of 50.00GBP/98.04USD/65.79Euros when ordering from WG Wholesale-gift, this does not include shipping or VAT costs. If the order does not exceed this minimum order value the order is not considered wholesale and therefore items will be subject to non-wholesale prices.

The products themselves have non compulsory minimum order quantities - for example; the lighters are packed in boxes of 10, the Bobble heads in 6's and mugs in 3's. Unlike the total minimum order value the minimum order quantities for the products is not essential to be able to place an order. If you need to order products in smaller quantities it is necessary to place the order offline (see above)

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for order over 250.00GBP within the UK, if the order is under the 250.00GBP mark shipping is charged at 9.00GBP per order. Orders outside the UK are subject to shipping costs;

Delivery to EU countries is priced at 19.00GBP

Delivery to any non EU country is 29.00GBP

Shipping Costs are also subject to VAT at 17.5% - If you are not eligible to pay UK VAT please see above question entitled "I am not eligible to pay UK VAT….?"

Is there any licensing/trademark and copyright issues I need to be aware of when selling your products?

Products that depict Ivor the engine, Dangermouse, The Clangers, Bagpuss and Rainbow are 100% Official merchandise and can be advertised so. The licence is held by Pop Art Products Ltd.

Products such as bobble heads, fridge magnets, and metal signs are also 100% Official as our suppliers hold the licenses for these.

Products such as the lighters, mouse mats and standard tees (that are not Bagpuss, Clangers, Ivor, Dangermouse and Rainbow) are advertised as 100% unofficial - they are not officially endorsed or affiliated with that specific company.

If you require a price list please contact us and we can provide this in an Excel document - this can also be used as an offline order form, simply enter the required quantities and sent it back.

I have placed an order, when will it arrive?

The date in which your order arrives can depend on a few variables; usually you will receive your order within 5 working days of placing it if in the UK, 7-14 working days if in Europe and 10-20 working days if outside Europe (these are approximate, please leave three weeks before reporting an order missing in transit if in Europe and four weeks if outside Europe.

There can, however be delays in your order reaching you, such as:

1. Out of stock items on your order - If an item is currently out of stock we aim to contact you to inform you of this, you will be offered a refund, an exchange or the option to put the item on back order. Delays occur when we are unable to contact you so we know how to proceed.

2. Out of stock items that are expected within one week - sometimes your order may contain item(s) that are presently out of stock, but are expected in within one week, this may result in your order being held to await the stock.

3. If you have not received a call/e-mail please get in touch to track your order - have your name, company name and order number ready.

4. Time of year, Christmas is our busiest time of year so orders may take longer to be dispatched. Christmas delivery is guaranteed up until the 19th of December.

How will my order be shipped?

The majority of orders are sent by Parcel Force, contact the office to obtain your tracking number - this will need to be signed for.

Small items, (for example one small item on back order arrives in stock and is to be shipped to complete the order) are dispatched by first class royal mail recorded delivery - this will need to be signed for.

What are the package options available when ordering Tee Shirts?

There are four main packaging options available when ordering tee shirts when ordering from wholesale-gift:

Options that incur no extra service charge:

1. Loose - Flat packed with a flat packed plastic box. Ready to package by the customer when the tees arrive. The box can be hanged on a metal arm on a wall or a spinner.

2. Loose - Flat packed with a flat packed plastic bag (measures approx 140 mm X 160 mm). Ready to package by the customer when tees arrive - this is ideal for internet commerce as the tees will post easily and the bag provides protection.

3. Loose - no bag or box, please inform us if you do not require a bag or box, this will minimise wastage.

Options that incur an extra service charge:

1. Pre packed box - the goods arrive Pre packaged in the presentation box, due to the extra bulk in shipping and the time taken to present the tees in this way we charge an extra 40 pence per tee shirt.

2. Pre packed bag - the goods arrive Pre packaged in clear plastic bags, due to the extra bulk in shipping and the time taken to present the tees in this way we charge an extra 20 pence per tee shirt.

The standard way to package the tees is flat with flat boxes - if not specified by the customer the tees will arrive this way incurring no extra charge.

T-Shirts sizing, colours, choosing and returns

The sizes and approximate chest measurements are as follows:

If you're not sure which chest measurement you might require, measure one of your own shirts across the chest from armpit to armpit in inches then double the amount to make the total chest measurement. If you are still unsure contact us and we'll measure a specific tee to give an exact measurement.

If you receive a garment and it's not the correct size - simply return it for the size you require. Please include details of your order and the size you require in the parcel.
